SHIPPING:

What are your shipping policies?
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Land of Paws uses UPS for delivery, and therefore we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.

*For all orders over $800, regular UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States is free of charge.

Shipping and handling for oversized items may incur an additional fee based on what the carrier quotes us. We will notify you via email of the additional charges before we process your order.

A complete street address is required for all shipments. Please make sure to double check your shipping information on your order. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will still be charged for shipping fees.

What is your delivery time?
Items are shipped within 2-4 working business days. Please allow 10-12 business days for delivery of all items that are in stock. Land of Paws will contact you immediately if an item is out of stock or has an alternative delivery time. If you would like us to ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, please contact us Toll-Free at 1 - (866) 660-2520 or email us at customerservice@landofpaws.com for a price quote and we will be happy to ship your package out sooner than our normal UPS Ground delivery time.

Because of our unique selection of products, many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Items purchased may not arrive all in one package.

Please allow an extra 3-4 weeks for all custom and oversized orders.

What if my item is on back order?
For any reason an item ordered is on back order or out of stock from the supplier, we will contact you immediately and provide you with an alternate ship date.



RETURNS:

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Land of Paws, we will gladly take back or exchange your merchandise. Simply return the items within 30 days in its original and unused condition for a full merchandise exchange or online store credit.

When returning an item and to help expedite your request, please fill out the return form provided with your shipment. If exchanging for another item, please provide a detailed description of what you are exchanging the item for.

For your protection, we suggest you ship your returns via an insured method with a tracking number.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original condition. All toys, perishables, custom and special orders, sale items, seasonal merchandise are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. We also do not accept COD returns and do not reimburse shipping charges.
