What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Land of Paws, we will gladly take back or exchange your merchandise. Simply return the items within 30 days in its original and unused condition for a full merchandise exchange or online store credit.

When returning an item and to help expedite your request, please fill out the return form provided with your shipment. If exchanging for another item, please provide a detailed description of what you are exchanging the item for.

For your protection, we suggest you ship your returns via an insured method with a tracking number.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original condition. All toys, perishables, custom and special orders, sale items, seasonal merchandise are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. We also do not accept COD returns and do not reimburse shipping charges.

What is your defective/damaged item policy?
Land of Paws guarantees our products 100% against defects in construction. We cannot guarantee that your pet will not CHEW on our products. Therefore, we are not responsible for items damaged by your pet. If there is a defect in construction or freight damages, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will replace the defective item with the same product.

What is your policy on custom orders?
Please be sure to measure your pets accurately and carefully proof read any names, addresses, and phone numbers since all customs orders are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Please allow an extra 3-6 weeks to receive your special custom order.

Do you do special orders?

How do I measure my pet?
Very carefully! Due to the lavish selection of designers and the fact that each dog has their own unique build, it is important you read all of the sizing information provided under each product. We have provided a sizing chart to help measure your pet as accurately as possible and to avoid any costly return fees. Dressing Room Tips:

• All sizes are measured in INCHES.
• Fabric tape measures are recommended for accuracy
• For dogs that have broad chests or thick coats, measure one size larger.
• Please remember to round up a size if your pet is right at, or over the maximum range in size. (IE: If you pet measures 12.5 inches in length, and the size small range is for pets 10-12 inches, you would want the medium size.)
• If measuring from a collar or harness you have at home; measure end to end if it is a quick release buckle. If it is a conventional metal buckle, measure from the buckle to the hole you use to buckle the collar/harness onto your pet.
